Our boss (Mr. Frank Zickler).
The boss is our true Palatinate. He was born in 1962 in Landau and grew up in the neighboring village Frankweiler and then walked with our head, after from Gleisweiler. Some say he would be Cautious of the family, but what is it determined that he is working passionately in his kitchen.

Who knows our boss, who knows that she always has a "speedy" slogan on the lips, even though she grew up in Gersthofen (Bavaria), but embodies the Palatine flair and style to the smallest detail. Here in the restaurant there next great hospitality and always plenty of laughter.
As mentioned in the beginning, we are a family of the 23rd Years there. Much has changed in recent years already, some will continue to change, because we did not stop at the time. The Zickler radiates throughout Gleisweiler ever, and the whole village is working with Fleisig, Gleisweiler order to make more beautiful. Wishes and opinions of our guests always give us new ideas, to make it more comfortable in our house. Many guests have given us a few little things along the way, in order to create a complete work.
