In order to turn the musts very fine wines, we rely on the mix of knowledge and experience as it accumulates in wine-growing families, since Gererationen combine their work with passion.
And we rely on the latest technology that helps us prepare for the wines, so that the variety, the particular vintage and the whole terroir is reflected in it.
For generations we go Hochdörffer's next for another tilt, the schnapps. With the same passion that we distill from mature fruits, delicate berries and grapes and yeasts from the esteemed house of spirits and liqueurs.
The aim of all our efforts: wines, sparkling wines and brandies, the character show. And protrude from the sea of mediocrity.
